General Electric Model K-50-P - Circa 1933. Interesting radio since the internet shows this model as a table top cathedral style radio. When purchased at an antique store it was contained in a side table with expandable shelves. The radio was burned out on the inside and unable to restore. Since this was a piece of living room furniture, the decision to paint versus wood restore was made. The inside was converted to bluetooth and gifted to my youngest daughter in November 2025

Majestic Model 92 - Circa 1929 - Manufactured by the Grigsby-Grunow Company of Chicago by some of the foremost engineers and designers in the entire field of radio. Originally obtained by my father-in-law in the 1960's, this piece has been in the family for over 60 years. Unable to restore the radio itself, it has been equipped with bluetooth. The original speaker and cabinet design remain intact. It was gifted to my oldest daughter in December of 2025.

Victor Talking Machine - Model VV-IV
( also known as " Victor The Fourth" ) Circa 1912 - Victor Phonograph is a table model in an oak cabinet, hand crank motor, and two doors for sound control. Manufactured in Camden, New Jersey. Orginal selling price was $15.00. 590,000 machines were manufactured from 1911 - 1924.
Cabinet lightly restored and turntable operates. Future plan to fully restore with updated needle and plate velvet. Purchased in 2025 from an antique store in Tampa Florida for $65.00

National Panasonic - Model R-8 Circa 1964 - Manufactured by Matsushita Electric Industrial Company. This was the former name of the Panasonic Corporation. Available colors were beige, black, red, teal, pink. Table top transistor radio, AM band, 6 transistors, and Made in Japan. Given as a gift from my uncle in Port Colborne Ontario in the summer of 1972. It was restored in 2005 and over the years it has re-tarnished.

Spartan Radio Model 5441 Circa 1939 - Manufactured by the Sparton of Canada, London, Ontario. Push button tuning, wooden case, has 6 AM circuits. Given to my father after World War Two, he gave it me to repair in 1993. The case was restored and the wood was left in a natural state. The radio has a very rich and deep sound.

Crosley Corporation Model 56 TC Circa 1946. Radio originally received AM and shortwave channels in its 5 tube configuration. Unable to repair the radio, it was converted into a planter while maintaining all the handcrafted elements of the original radio. Gifted to my daughter.
